FOTD - meeting friends for dinner after work

Yesterday after work I met up with my friends for dinner, and of course needed to refreshen up a bit before leaving the office:

First I blotted with Clean & Clear Oil-Absorbing Sheets and sprayed with Chantecaille Pure Rosewater.

And then I applied Physician's Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation using my Beauty 360 Kabuki Brush, and brushed on some Benefit Dandelion

Now for eyes:

I didn't want to use any eyeshadow, instead I just used my fingers to apply my pink Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick to the center of my lids and under the brows.

Then I applied my Lunasol Geminate Liner in in 01, I love this color, it is a soft shimmery green :)  Lastly I applied Peter Thomas Roth Lashes to Die For mascara.

And that's it, quick and easy :)  Here's a before & after:

This is a great mascara for definition and separation.  As for length and volume, it is pretty good, but not amazing.  As for curl, it is great, my lashes didn't get droopy at all.  So it really depends on what type of mascara you are looking for, if you want defined and well separated lashes that lasts all day and doesn't smudge under normal daily activities, the Peter Thomas Roth Lashes to Die For Mascara might be the mascara for you :)

FOTD - I tried panacea81's mint choc chip make up tutorial

Sorry for posting this so late, I just got home from yummy Korean BBQ at Palace!

And my Face of the Day was inspired by panacea81's mint choc chip make up tutorial, the mint green she used looks so pretty, too bad I don't own one like that, so had to use a darker green...

First I used Body & Soul eyeliner in Seduce as a base.  I don't think Body & Soul is in business anymore though.. The color looks so dark and crazy doesn't it!

Then I used my finger and applied the green shadow from Maybelline Eyestudio Quad in 20 Sapphire Siren.

Then I used a nude matte shadow to blend out the colors so it doesn't look as crazy, here I used Lancome Sensational Effects Eye Shadow in Latte.

Then I used a pencil brush to apply brown eyeshadow on my the outer 1/2 of lower lashline.  Here I used the dark brown shadow from Shiseido Integrate Accent Eyes Eye Color palette in RD770.

Then I lined my top lashline with a black liquid liner, L'oreal Lineur Intense in carbon black.

And then I used the pink shimmery shadow to highlight my brow bone, center of lids, and inner corners from the same Shiseido Integrate Accent Eyes Eye Color palette in RD770.   Lastly I curled lashes and applied Peter Thomas Roth Lashes to die For mascara.
