[FOTD] stila classic smoky eye

I am writing about another sample I received in my Birchbox - stila's classic smoky eye trio with Kitten, Diamond Lil, and Ebony on a nice card with easy to read instructions and samples of the eyeshadows that should be good for 2-3 uses.  I actually own the Kitten, it is probably stila's #1 selling shadow of all time.

First I applied Kitten all over the lid.  As you can see, it is a shimmery beige color, perfect as a base or on its own, it is one of my favorite shadows :)

Next Diamond Lil:

Diamond Lil is to be applied in the crease.  It's a nice color, but I'd prefer to use something less shimmery for the crease.

Next I used a pencil liner to line my eyes, and used Ebony to smudge and soften the liner.

Next I applied Diamond Lil again on the outer lower lid and Kitten in the inner corner.  Kitten is a very good highlighter :)

Here's the final look - light smoky eye for a day time look.
