San Francisco Footwear Brand Tsubo - Tehina Sandals in Putty

Tsubo, a local San Francisco footwear brand, is a small team of designers and craftsman that creates innovative and design-driven footwear.  I was sent a pair of the Tsubo Tehina Sandals in Putty, and the first thing that stood out to me is the illustration of the footbed inside the shoebox.  The footbed has an anti-bacterial layer that overlays latex foam on top of the wooden wedge.

It has built in cushions for the balls of the feet, no need to put in your own foot petals!  The wedge has an interesting concave design in the back.  The sole is designed for traction and durability.

The straps are soft and made of premium leather with leather lining.

 When I tried it on at home it felt very comfortable, light weight, with good arch support.  I haven't worn it out yet but the description says that it should be good for all day wear.  I plan to wear this out tonight - will report the comfortability on my facebook later.
